Not a smooth start
Checked in last week and it was super disorganized. The room was nice and comfy but not really a fan of the attitudes at reception. Ended up getting some snacks from the poolside bar, which was cool, but just wish the service was better. Parking was rough too.

Just had a fantastic stay at The Safron! The room was spacious with an amazing shower, and I loved the hotel’s vibe. Breakfast buffet blew me away. top-notch! A bit of noise from the air-con, but not a dealbreaker. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Staying in the Deluxe Suite was a mixed bag. The room was big and the bed was comfy, which was nice. I appreciated the clean bathroom and good shower. But the vibe was off when checking in. some staff seemed indifferent, which soured the experience. It felt like there was a divide based on connections with the staff, and that left a bad taste.
